四集纪录片《人参》在中央电视台科教频道和纪录频道播出后,受到了观众和业内人士的热评。这是我国第一部全面系统介绍人参知识的纪录片,从《传奇》《田园》《本味》《密码》四个方面,讲述了人参的历史、种植、饮食、科学。该片不仅拍摄了中国人参,还拍摄了党参、高丽参和西洋参等。它以全球化的视野、全面的视角对“百草之王”人参做了详尽的分析和介绍。作为一部历时两年完成的纪录片,《人参》在故事设计、拍摄手法、剪辑技巧等方面都有自己的特点。
Four episodes of documentary “ginseng” in the CCTV science and education channel and record channel broadcast, by the audience and the industry’s hot comments. This is the first documentary in our country that comprehensively and systematically introduces the knowledge of ginseng, and narrates the history, cultivation, diet and science of ginseng from four aspects: legend, idyll, taste and password. The film not only filmed Chinese ginseng, but also photographed Codonopsis, ginseng and American ginseng. It gives a detailed analysis and introduction of “King of Herbs” ginseng from a global perspective and a comprehensive perspective. As a documentary film completed in two years, “Ginseng” has its own characteristics in the aspects of story design, filming techniques and editing techniques.
