心钠素又称心房利钠多肽(ANP),是心脏产生和分泌的一种多肽激素,可释放到血浆。ANP 具有很强的利钠、利尿,扩张血管和降低血压的作用。ANP 对防治高血压和心肾疾病也有重要意义。ANP 的发现揭示心脏不仅是一个循环器官,而且是一个内分泌器官。ANP 放免测定法的建立为心血管,内分泌、肾脏等基础和临床研究,心血管疾病的诊断、分型和治疗及探讨 ANP 的分泌、生理作用,代谢和调节提供一种灵敏可靠的指标。
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), also known as atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), is a polypeptide hormone produced and secreted by the heart and released to the plasma. ANP has a strong sodium, diuretic, dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure. ANP on the prevention and treatment of hypertension and heart and kidney disease are also of great significance. The ANP discovery reveals that the heart is not only a circulatory organ, but also an endocrine organ.
