党的十七大报告向全党发出了“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣”、“兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮”的号召,首次明确把文化作为“国家软实力”提出来,强调加强对外文化交流,吸收人类优秀文化成果,提高中华文化影响力。这些新论断、新要求的提出,充分表明以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在新的历史起点上,从全局和战略的高度,把文化建设摆上了空前重要的位置。十七大报告中关于社会主义文化建设的阐述,进一步为我区的民族文化大区建设指明了方向。作为历史悠久、山川秀丽,民族文化、地域文化多姿多彩的文化先天富集地区,内蒙古在推进文化建设,实现中华民族伟大复兴中,理应作出应有的贡献。
The report of the 17th CPC National Congress has sent a call to the whole party to “promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture” and “raise a new upsurge of socialist cultural construction.” For the first time, we clearly defined culture as the “national soft power” Put forward, emphasizing the strengthening of foreign cultural exchanges, absorbing the outstanding cultural achievements of mankind and enhancing the influence of Chinese culture.
