Liuwei Dihuang Pills has a wide range of pharmacological activities. In this experiment, the positive rate of peritoneal macrophage (MΦ) Ia antigen expression and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) were used as indicators to observe Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and its effects. Effect of Decoction (Sanbufang and Sanxie Decoction) on MΦ Function in Rats’ Abdomen. Method : Ia antigen expression detection with APAAP bridging enzyme immunoassay
