再生障碍性贫血(再障)合并妊娠报道较少,尤其是以中药为主治疗再障合并妊娠报道更少。现将我院6例再障合并妊娠以再生养血汤为主治疗结果报道如下:临床资料与分析6例病人均为慢性再障后合并妊娠,住我院确诊治疗之病例。年龄24～28岁,平均25岁。再障病程:10月～20年,平均9年。妊娠次数:初次妊娠5例,第4次妊娠1例。入院时孕周:13周1例,17周2例,30周1例,34周2例。
Aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia) with less pregnancy reported, especially with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of aplastic anemia and pregnancy less reported. Now in our hospital 6 cases of aplastic anemia and pregnancy with regenerative nourishing soup-based treatment results are reported as follows: Clinical data and analysis of 6 patients with chronic aplastic anemia after pregnancy, live in our hospital confirmed the treatment of cases. Aged 24 to 28 years old, average 25 years old. Aplastic anemia course: October to 20 years, an average of 9 years. The number of pregnancy: 5 cases of the first pregnancy, 4 cases of pregnancy in 1 case. Pregnancy at admission: 1 in 13 weeks, 2 in 17 weeks, 1 in 30 weeks and 2 in 34 weeks.
