远在法国的一行禅师接受了《人物》的专访,与中国的读者们交流他所理解的正念生活之道。一行禅师是当今世界最具影响力的宗教人士之一,通晓越、英、法及中文,著作达100多种,代表作有《爱的正念》、《苹果禅》等。他1926年出生于越南中部,16岁出家,23岁受具足戒。1962年,他前往美国普林斯顿大学钻研比较宗教,越战期间返乡从事和平运动。后旅居法国,长期从事难民救援工作,毕生宣扬非暴力的和平理念。1967年,他被美国民权领袖马丁·路德·金提名角逐诺贝尔和平奖。
Zen Master, far away from France, accepted an interview with “People,” and exchanged with Chinese readers what he understood as the way of mindfulness in life. One line of Zen master is one of the most influential religious figures in the world today. He knows more than 100 kinds of works of Vietnamese, English, French and Chinese. His masterpiece is “Mindfulness of Love” and “Apple Zen”. He was born in 1926 in central Vietnam, a 16-year-old monk, 23-year-old by the precepts. In 1962, he went to Princeton University in the United States to study religion and returned to the peace movement during the Vietnam War. After living in France, has long been engaged in refugee relief work, lifetime advocacy of non-violent peace concept. In 1967, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by U.S. civil rights leader Martin Luther King.
