改革开放以来,民营企业迅速崛起,成为推动我国经济发展的一支重要生力军。但随着改革的深化和依法治国方略的推进,民营企业在产权问题上的法律风险也逐渐凸显。本文通过分析民营企业产权法律风险的类型及成因,寻找防范风险的对策和措施,化解民营企业的产权法律风险,促进民营企业的发展壮大。
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid rise of private enterprises has become an important new force in promoting China’s economic development. However, with the deepening of reform and the promotion of the strategy of governing the country according to law, the legal risks of private enterprises on the issue of property rights have also gradually become prominent. By analyzing the types and causes of legal risk of private property, this paper tries to find countermeasures and measures to prevent risks, defuse the legal risks of property right of private enterprises, and promote the development and growth of private enterprises.
