当前中职学校的电工操作实习教学中,常是实习前,教师根据内容备好工具和材料,调整好仪器设备;实习时,讲授实习内容,详尽地演示。学生的模仿性和依赖性增长了,学习主动性和创造性缺失了,社会适应下降了。以教师指导为主、按现成的线路实习的教学方式,实习内容和方式缺少变化,理论与实践脱节。针对上述问题,为提高学生的综合素质及创新能力,我们在教学中进行了一些改革探索:一、更新实习教学观念,调动学生学习的主动性为了培养学生的创新意识和创造
