高舒达治疗危重病并发胃肠功能衰竭的临床观察

用高舒达治疗６８ 例危重患者，结果２ 例并发上消化道出血，其发生率为２．９％ ，而对照组４０例中有１２ 例并发上消化道出血，发生率为３０％ ，两组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。表明高舒达预防和治疗危重患者并发上消化道出血效果显著。
