推进小学素质教育需要一支具有更高素质的语文教师,而这些教师的培养主要靠师范语文教学。然而,现行的中师语文课堂教学远不能担负起这一历史使命。在应试教育的大环境里,有些教师的课堂教学模式陈旧,教学效率低,效果差。课堂上,有的教师片面抓语言教学,而忽视语文教学的社会化、个性化和人格化。在“用冷漠的知性分析代替辩证的语言感受”的旧课堂机制下,笔者呼吁中师语文课堂教学实行人文教育迫在眉睫。
To promote quality-oriented education in primary schools needs a Chinese teacher with higher quality, and the cultivation of these teachers mainly depends on normal language teaching. However, the current middle school Chinese classroom teaching can not afford this historical mission. In the environment of exam-oriented education, some teachers have obsolete classroom teaching modes, inefficient teaching and poor results. In class, some teachers have paid so much attention to language teaching while ignoring the socialization, individualization and personalization of Chinese teaching. Under the old classroom mechanism of using dialectical intellectual analysis instead of dialectical feeling of language, the author calls for humanities education to be practiced in Chinese teaching in middle school.
