泰州苏北电机厂从停产半停产到冲出困境扭亏为盈,经历了3年时间。他们的经验说明,面对新形势和现实困难,观望等待不行,怨天尤人更无济于事。唯一的办法是从企业的实际出发,凭借正确的生产经营决策和强有力的思想政治工作,把深化改革同加强管理结合起来,背水一战,埋头苦干。我们希望看到更多的像泰州苏北电机厂绝处逢生这样的好经验在本刊上介绍。
The Taizhou North North Electric Machinery Factory took a three-year break from stopping the semi-production production until it ran out of the predicament. Their experience shows that in the face of the new situation and the difficulties in reality, waiting and seeing can’t be done. People who complain about it are even more useless. The only way is to proceed from the actual conditions of the company, rely on correct production and management decisions and strong ideological and political work, combine deepening reforms with strengthening management, and stand back and work hard. We hope to see more good experiences like Taizhou’s Subei Electric Machinery Factory’s unique experience in this issue.
