低温是众多逆境胁迫中影响最为恶劣的一种,严重导致水稻减产和质量下降。伴随着极端气候如骤冷的频繁发生,研究水稻耐冷机制培育耐冷品系迫在眉睫。本研究采用双向电泳技术结合质谱数据的生物信息学分析,初步研究了冷敏感品系9311和耐冷品系藤坂5号水稻幼苗对冷胁迫的响应。主要研究结果如下:1、建立冷敏感品系9311和耐冷品系藤坂5号差异蛋白2-DE电泳图谱。从9311图谱中分析得到明显差异表达的蛋白点有36个
