目前大型钢铁厂广泛采用直读光谱仪测定钢铁中锰、磷、硅的含量。因价格昂贵,样品制备要求高,以及在生铁来料的测试中尚有很多不足之处,为此,我们调研了国内有关生产锰、磷、硅自动分析仪厂商,最后决定采用无锡高速分析仪器厂生产的HCA—3B型微机数显锰、磷、硅自动分析仪。该仪器具有自动化程度高、外形美观、结构紧凑、体积小巧、技术先进、价格适中、售后服务可靠等优点,完全能代替原来手工分析,不仅提高了分析精密度,加快分析周期,还能减轻分析者劳动强度,经过一年多来的生产使用及反复考核,我们认为该仪器值得在大型钢铁厂中推广应用。 HCA—3B型微机数显锰、磷、硅自动分析仪,采用机外溶样,铁、钢通用,特别适用于大批量生铁样品,不但操作方便、粒度不同样品溶解完全,而且酸度稳定,
