年初,中国的出口 DVD 曾因为专利费未交而遭欧盟扣压的事件一度闹得沸沸扬扬。事已渐远,然余波袅绕。这一声猛然的警钟,使人们对入世后知识产权保护在国际贸易中的重要性不得不进行一次重新的定位。
At the beginning of the year, the incident that China’s export DVD had been detained by the EU for lack of patent fees was booming for a time. Things have become distant, but the waves curl around. With this sudden alarm, people have to re-orientate the importance of intellectual property protection in international trade after China’s accession to the WTO.
