本文通过对创业胜任力相关文献的回顾,梳理了其历史发展脉络,并对国内外现有研究状况进行了评述,从模型实际应用的角度出发,指出了国内外创业胜任力研究的不足。
Based on the retrospection of relevant literature about entrepreneurial competency, this paper combs the historical context of its development, reviews the current research both at home and abroad, and points out the insufficiency of the research on entrepreneurial competence at home and abroad from the point of practical application of the model.
