遵照王兆国主席对湖南省构建和谐劳动关系经验的重要批示及王玉普同志的指示,中国工运研究所成立调研组,不久前赴湖南省长沙、岳阳、湘潭等地进行专题调研。调研组深入调查了解湖南省坚持党政主导、法制驱动、各方配合、工会力推,以维护职工核心利益为根本、以健全法治为保障、以社会合力为平台,着力构建和谐劳动关系的探索和经验。
