酒文化在中国已经有几千年的历史,历经时代变迁、社会进步,都没有改变其在人们生活当中的重要地位。但由于一次性大量饮酒或长期过量的摄入酒制品,造成急慢性酒精中毒,急性胃黏膜病变,酒精性肝损伤等不良后果也日趋增多。民间常用的解酒疗法如喝醋、饮茶等已被证实其不科学性,因此,运用传统中药解酒的思路得到了广泛认可,对于解酒中药的开发和研究也成为了目前科研工作者所追求的热点和焦点。
