本文用体重10kg以上健康成犬22只,其中实验性脑出血犬8只,正常对照犬8只,另4只实验性脑梗塞犬作为对照。用荧光法测定脑内垂体,下丘脑、基底节及脑干等不同部位的、NE、DA、5—HT几种单胺类神经递质的变化,其结果,基底节的脑出血犬的DA、NE含量明显高于对照组。脑干内出血犬的NE明显低于对照组:垂体及下丘脑的出血犬DA含量有增高趋势,NE含量有下降趋势,5-HT含量有增高趋势,但无显著差异(P<0.01)。
In this paper, 22 healthy adult dogs weighing 10kg or more, including 8 experimental cerebral hemorrhage dogs, 8 normal control dogs and 4 experimental cerebral infarction dogs as control. The changes of several monoamine neurotransmitters of NE, DA and 5-HT in different parts of pituitary, hypothalamus, basal ganglia and brain stem in the brain were measured by fluorescence spectroscopy. As a result, DA , NE content was significantly higher than the control group. The NE in brainstem hemorrhage dogs was significantly lower than that in the control group. DA content in the pituitary and hypothalamus hemorrhagic dogs was increased, the content of NE decreased and the content of 5-HT increased, but there was no significant difference (P <0.01).
