“我们没有资源,有的只是两只手。”这是崇尚自然和简单生活的瑞士人经常挂在嘴边的一句口头禅。瑞士人煮鸡蛋的故事,在欧洲几乎家喻户晓。故事讲的是瑞士人为了推广一种节约能源的办法,曾在全国各地开办一种奇特的新法煮鸡蛋训练班。该办法其实简单得不能再简单,就是在深平底锅倒入一厘米深的冷水,把一只鸡蛋放进锅里,水沸腾后立即关掉电源,让余热把鸡蛋煮熟,这样可节省一半电能。
