自改革开放以来,国家面貌焕然一新。为了培养社会主义建设人才,国家越来越重视教育的发展和教学质量的提高,教学领域呈现出欣欣向荣之景。随着九年义务教育制度的普及,对初中等教育也提出了新的要求。教育不再仅仅单纯是教书育人为目的,更加重视个性化的培养。小学语文是一门情感突出、能够培养学生人文精神的学科,不仅能够增强人的精神力量、丰富人的精神世界,还能培养学生人文修养,促进他们全面发展。为了培养更高素质的社会主义建设人才,教育越来越重视学生的个性化培养,这是时代赋予老师艰巨而又光荣的使命。本文就小学语文教学重视学生个性培养提出一些建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the country has seen a new look. In order to cultivate talents for socialist construction, the state attaches more and more importance to the development of education and the improvement of teaching quality, and the field of teaching has shown a prosperous prospect. With the popularization of the nine-year compulsory education system, new demands have also been placed on junior secondary education. Education is no longer simply a matter of teaching and educating people, more emphasis on individualized training. Primary school language is an emotionally prominent discipline that can cultivate students ’humanistic spirit. It not only can enhance people’s spiritual strength, enrich people’s spiritual world, but also cultivate students’ humanistic accomplishments and promote their all-round development. In order to train more qualified socialist construction personnel, education increasingly emphasizes individualized training for students. This is an arduous and glorious mission entrusted to teachers by the times. This article puts forward some suggestions on how to emphasize the development of individuality in primary school Chinese teaching.
