选用体重为130±10g的雄性大鼠18只,分成3组。分别给大鼠皮肤脱毛区沾染~(147)Pm溶液(P~H3.5)。沾染活度:第1组为25μCi/cm~2;第2组为250μCi/cm~2;第3组为2500μCi/cm~2。根据PUQFUA方法的基本原理和静脉注射后~(147)Pm尿排泄分数方程,由尿~(147)Pm实测值估算出不同时间皮肤吸收~(147)Pm分数。根据不同时间吸收分数,用最小二乘法,拟合出不同活度~(147)Pm沾染后,皮肤吸收分数方程。
Eighteen male rats weighing 130 ± 10g were divided into three groups. Rat skin epilating area was stained with ~ (147) Pm solution (P ~ H3.5) respectively. The staining activity was 25μCi / cm 2 for group 1, 250μCi / cm 2 for group 2, and 2500μCi / cm 2 for group 3. According to the basic principle of PUQFUA method and urinary excretion fraction equation of ~ (147) Pm after intravenous injection, the skin absorption ~ (147) Pm fraction at different time was estimated from the urine 147Pm measured value. According to absorption fraction at different time, the skin absorption fraction equation of different activity ~ (147) Pm was fitted by least square method.
