On April 12, Luo Yongwei, director of the Standing Committee of Putuo District People’s Congress, and Ouyang Ping, director of the NPC Standing Committee of the district head of the Putuo District, went to the District Public Security Bureau to investigate the implementation of the “Shanghai Road Traffic Management Regulations” and held a symposium.
