IL-31由CD4+Th2细胞产生,其受体是由IL-31Rα与OSMRβ(Oncostatin M receptorβ)组成的异二聚体,IL-31及其受体在人和小鼠多种组织中表达,二者结合后主要通过JAK-STAT通路和MPAK通路来进行信号转导发挥效应。IL-31的生物学功能还不完全清楚,初步研究表明IL-31可能在瘙痒症、特应性皮炎、诱导细胞因子、参与2型炎症反应及炎症性肠病等方面发挥作用。
IL-31 is produced by CD4 + Th2 cells and its receptor is a heterodimer composed of IL-31Rα and OSMRβ (Oncostatin M receptorβ). IL-31 and its receptor are expressed in various tissues of human and mouse, The combination of the two mainly through the JAK-STAT pathway and MPAK pathway for signal transduction effect. The biological function of IL-31 is not fully understood. Preliminary studies have shown that IL-31 may play a role in pruritus, atopic dermatitis, induction of cytokines, involvement in type 2 inflammation and inflammatory bowel disease.
