本文介绍了熔盐法合成ＮＢＴ晶体的过程以及用电子显微镜对ＮＢＴ晶体颗粒形貌、大小的观察结果．讨论了合成温度、保温时间和熔剂浓度对ＮＢＴ晶体颗粒形貌和大小的影响．
In this paper, the process of synthesizing NBT crystal by molten salt method and the observation of the morphology and size of NBT crystal by electron microscope are introduced. The effects of synthesis temperature, holding time and flux concentration on morphology and size of NBT crystal were discussed.
