作者选择了在华北地区具有广泛代表性的非耕作的亚高山草甸土、山地草甸土、山地棕壤、淋溶褐上、山地褐上、石灰性褐土计二十五个样本作为研究对象,进行了三种土壤磷酸酶活性及多项土壤农化性状的测定,并对上述各类土壤三种磷酸酶的剖面层次性与分布状况及其垂直地带性分布规律、以及与土壤有关农化性状的相关性进行了探讨。初步认为:在非耕作的五台山土壤垂直带谱中,三种磷酸酶均有所存在,并与土壤有机质,全氮含量呈显著正相关。表明了磷酸酶是一种以稳定形式存在于土壤之中的酶类,不同类型的土壤有其不同的分布规律。
The authors selected twenty-five samples of non-tillable sub-alpine meadow soil, mountain meadow soil, mountain brown soil, leached brown, mountain brown and calcareous cinnamon soil in North China as the study area Three kinds of soil phosphatase activity and the determination of a number of soil agronomic traits were carried out. The distribution of the three phosphatases and the vertical zonal distribution of these three kinds of soil were also studied. The correlation of the traits was discussed. Preliminary thought: In the non-tillage Wutai Mountain vertical spectrum of soil, three kinds of phosphatase exist, and the soil organic matter, total nitrogen was significantly positively correlated. It shows that phosphatase is a kind of enzyme that exists in the soil in stable form. Different types of soils have different distribution rules.
