知道自己的性格特征,可以发扬有利的方面,遏制不利的方面,通过自己的努力和不断进取,使自己成为一个具有高尚情操和优良品行的人。了解他人性格,则可以在一定程度上预测他人的行为,判别他人在某些情况下可能采取的行动,做到知人善任,这对防止人为原因引发生产事故,促进安全生产有积极作用。
Knowing your own personality traits, you can carry forward the positive aspects, curb the unfavorable ones, and make yourselves a man of noble sentiments and good deeds through your own efforts and continuous improvement.
