做好班主任工作,除了认识这项工作的重要性外,还应正确处理好三种关系: 一、区分“活”与“乱”的界限。一个班级的“活”,指的是整个班级思想活跃,纪律严明,工作井井有条,活动群策群力,虎虎有生气。而“乱”,指的是班级组织纪律性差,经常处在混乱松散状态。在实际工作中,由于一个班级本身的复杂性,常常“活”中有“乱”的因素,“乱”中有“活”的成分,夸大任何一面都会造成认识上的偏差和工作中的失误。因此,做班主任的必须实事求是,一分为二地看待问题,把“乱”与“活”区分开来,然后让学生知道什么是“乱”,什么是“活”,努力使班级朝纪律严明、团结活泼的方向发展。
