据“Iron and Steel Engineer”,1987;64(4)报道,SMI新方法是使用一个模拟器来计算铸流的表面温度和内部温度。先根据热传导方程计算出铸流虎、外部温度,再根据计算结果来决定最佳冷却水流量。 1 计算过程可以被概括为下列步骤 (1)将铸流分为若干个轨迹面,定时计算出横截面上某些特定点的温度。 (2)估算下一步拉速。一般拉速应持续20秒以上,但当更换中包时,应采用一定的拉速变化方案。
According to “Iron and Steel Engineer”, 1987; 64 (4), the new SMI method uses a simulator to calculate the surface temperature and internal temperature of the strand.
