研究了7Cr17MoV高碳不锈钢刀剪材料经热轧和冷轧后的显微组织、碳化物转变和性能变化。结果表明,轧后的退火组织为球状珠光体+碳化物。热轧后碳化物有明显偏聚,颗粒尺寸通常在2μm以上,冷轧后偏聚现象消失,碳化物变得相对细小和均匀,部分达到纳米级。碳化物的类型主要为(Fe,Cr)23C6,冷轧后钼和钒的碳化物逐步减少或消失。厚度为0.7 mm的冷轧薄带抗拉强度为690 MPa左右。拉伸断口可见明显韧窝和第二相粒子且多为碳化物和氧化物夹杂。
The microstructure, carbide transformation and properties of 7Cr17MoV high carbon stainless steel cutting and scoring materials after hot rolling and cold rolling were studied. The results show that the annealed microstructure after rolling is spherical pearlite + carbide. After hot rolling, the carbides obviously segregate and the particle size is usually above 2μm. The segregation disappears after cold rolling, and the carbides become relatively small and uniform, and some of them reach the nanoscale. The type of carbide is (Fe, Cr) 23C6, and the carbides of molybdenum and vanadium gradually decrease or disappear after cold rolling. Cold rolled strip with a thickness of 0.7 mm has a tensile strength of about 690 MPa. Tensile fracture shows obvious dimples and second-phase particles and mostly carbide and oxide inclusions.
