邻甲酚与丙烯腈经 Friedel- Crafts反应得到了 2 -甲基 - 4 -丙腈苯酚 ,再在甲醇中水解得到目标化合物。给出了该化合物及其中间体的质谱、核磁共振氢谱数据。讨论了不同催化剂用量对Friedel- Crafts反应的影响以及不同反应介质对水解反应的影响。
2 - Methyl - 4 - propionitrile phenol was obtained by Friedel - Crafts reaction of o - cresol and acrylonitrile, and then hydrolyzed in methanol to give the target compound. The mass spectrum and 1H-NMR data of the compound and its intermediate were given. The influence of different catalyst dosage on the Friedel-Crafts reaction and the influence of different reaction media on the hydrolysis reaction were discussed.
