本文介绍了改造前三氯吡啶醇钠循环水系统的工艺流程情况及存在的一系列问题,并对存在的问题进行了原因分析,针对存在的问题及原因分析对循环水系统进行了改造。改造后的三氯吡啶醇钠循环水系统经过实际运行证明,本次改造是成功的,循环水水质情况比改造前改善很多,不但减少了循环水的排污量和补充水量,而且还消除了三氯吡啶醇钠蛇管式玻璃冷凝器蛇管堵塞现象的发生,节省了清洗玻璃冷凝器所需付出的大量人力、财才和物力,保证了三氯吡啶醇钠生产装置的安全运行。
This paper introduces the technological process of the trichloropyridinol recycle water system before transformation and a series of problems existing in it, and analyzes the reasons of the existing problems. After the transformation of trichloropyridin sodium circulating water system after the actual operation proved that this transformation is successful, the quality of the recycled water improved much better than before the transformation, not only to reduce the circulating water discharge and the amount of added water, but also to eliminate the three The clopidogrel sodium serpentine tube condenser clogged the serpentine tube, which saved a great deal of manpower, financial resources and material resources in cleaning the glass condenser, and ensured the safe operation of the trichloropyridinol sodium production unit.
