本文以江西省电子信息技师学院建立并运行技能工作室的经验为主线,探索了技能工作室这一提高技能教学水平、培养时代“工匠”的新模式,梳理了技能工作室的建设、管理、机制创新等方面的经验,并对优化技能工作室的建设提出了建议。
Based on the experience of setting up and running skill studios in Jiangxi Institute of Electronic and Information Technology, this paper explores the new concept of skill studios, which is to raise the level of teaching skills and cultivate the “artisans” of the times. The paper sorts out the construction of skill studios, Management, innovation and other aspects of the mechanism of experience, and optimize the skills of the construction of the studio put forward suggestions.
