不同的森林立地等级(层次),按森林的发生、发展规律划分为各个单元。划分立地类型时遵循的原则如下: (1)构成森林立地的自然因子及其组合的一致性。划分森林立地类型及归并成更高级的森林立地层次,是按构成森林立地的气候、地形、岩石、土壤、水文等因子及其组合的一致性进行的。不同层次的森林立地所能考虑的因子及其组合各有侧重。划分高级立地层次着重于生物气候因子;而中、低级立地层次则着重于地形、岩石、土壤及植物群
