随着应用抗菌药物后饮酒致双硫醒样反应的患者逐年增多,如何避免使用抗菌药物时发生双硫醒样反应,越来越需要临床医务人员予以重视和防范。本文对2009年6月～2010年6月本院29例抗菌药物所致双硫醒样反应进行回顾性分析,旨在为医务人员临床用药时防止发生双硫醒样反应提供参考。1临床资料1.1一般资料2009年6月～2010年6月我院应用各类抗菌药物病例3051例,用药期间及停药7 d内致双硫醒样反应病例29例,
