目的探讨街头自愿无偿献血与患者亲属互助献血的不同之处。方法对两种不同献血类型的性别、年龄、学历、血液检测结果等进行分析。结果 1在亲属互助献血人群中,学历构成较均匀;2街头自愿献血人群以青壮年居多,主要为25~45岁人群,文化程度与献血意愿呈正比;3街头自愿无偿献血的血液检测不合格率明显低于患者亲属互助献血(P<0.05)。结论患者亲属互助献血多从友情、亲情角度考虑,属被动献血,与街头自愿无偿献血相比,互助献血存在更大的血液安全隐患,故应加大无偿献血的宣传,促使更多的健康人士加入到无偿献血中。
Objective To explore the differences between voluntary blood donation on the streets and blood donation by relatives of patients. Methods The gender, age, education, blood test results of two different blood donation types were analyzed.
