本研究的目的是与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)比较,检测C型血管机装载的平板探测器CT(FD-CT)检测脑出血(ICH)的可靠性。本研究包括44例病人的45个脑出血。所有的病人均在血管造影过程中行MSCT及FD-CT检查。选取16例没有脑出血的病人作为对照组。评估每例脑出血病人的血肿体积并对脑出血阳性的层面进行计数。通过组间比较,认为FD-CT可以作为发现脑出血的诊断工具。由于存在运动伪影及接近颅底区域的射束硬化伪影,
The purpose of this study was to compare the reliability of detecting cerebral hemorrhage (ICH) with multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in detecting type C vascular planktonic plate detector CT (FD-CT). The study included 45 cerebral hemorrhages in 44 patients. All patients underwent MSCT and FD-CT in angiography. Sixteen patients without cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the control group. The hematoma volume of each patient with cerebral hemorrhage was evaluated and the level of positive cerebral hemorrhage was counted.
