目的探讨T2DM患者24小时动态血糖变化与HbA_1 c水平之间的相关性。方法根据HbA_1 c水平将578名T2DM患者分为4个组,采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测患者全天血糖。结果组内分析湿示,仅在7.5%≤HbA_1 c<10.0%组及HbA_1 c≥10.0%组内HbA_1 c水平和高血糖曲线下面积、高血糖持续时间、平均血糖及血糖波动幅度呈正相关;仅在HbA_1 c<6.5%组内HbA_1 c水平和空腹状态低血糖曲线下面积及持续时间呈负相关。结论当HbA_1 c处于不同区间内时,HbA_1 c水平与高血糖及低血糖暴露、平均血糖水平及血糖波动幅度的相关性不同。
Objective To investigate the correlation between 24-hour dynamic blood glucose level and HbA 1 c level in T2DM patients. Methods 578 T2DM patients were divided into 4 groups according to the level of HbA_1 c. The patients’ whole blood glucose was monitored by dynamic blood glucose monitoring system (CGMS). Results Intra-group analysis showed that HbA 1 c level was positively correlated with the area under the curve of hyperglycemia, duration of hyperglycemia, mean blood glucose and blood glucose fluctuation only in 7.5% ≤HbA_1 c <10.0% and HbA_1 c≥10.0% HbA 1 c levels were negatively correlated with the area and duration of hypoglycaemia only in fasting HbA_1 c <6.5% group. Conclusion When HbA 1 c is in different intervals, the correlation between HbA 1 c level and hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia exposure, mean blood glucose level and blood glucose level is different.
