我国信息安全产业是一个新兴的产业,增长较快,前景较好。同时,它也是一个特殊的产业,集战略性、敏感性、对抗性于一身,是一个改革性产业,政策是否得当是能否发展的关键。 但是,记者最近发现很多企业都悲观地认为,现在的安全产业叫好不叫座,“雷声大,雨点小”。这到底是什么原因呢?为此,记者与国家信息安全成果产业化(湖北)基地董事长郭强先生进行了交流,他认为,其实现在的安全产业是“山雨欲来风满楼。”
