从香港纺织业的历史变迁可以看出,我国纺织服装业目前最关键的路径就是有赖于纺织产业自身的转型升级和内需的拉动,这也是“十二五”规划最基本的一条。当需求不旺、经济不振的时候,国家就需要从根本上解决民众的住房、医疗以及教育等后顾之忧。
It can be seen from the historical changes of the textile industry in Hong Kong that the most crucial path for the textile and garment industry in our country depends on the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry and the stimulation of domestic demand. This is also the most basic one in the “12th Five-Year Plan”. When the demand is not good and the economy is sluggish, the state needs to fundamentally solve the public’s housing, medical care and education worries.
