一、按照“两为主”、“一结合”原则选任函授辅导教师讲授好函授辅导课,教材是基础,教师是关键。如何选用教师,不仅总院和分院有明确的要求,而且学员也有很高的期望值。几年来,我们一直是按照“两个为主”、“一个结合”的原则选择任用函授辅导教师的。1.坚持以本校教师为主。我们从接手函授辅导课以来,所有大专班任课都由本校教师担任。为了使教师队伍结构趋于合理,更加适应函授办学的需要。一方面,在近几年先后调入了多名符合需要的中青年教师;另一方面,要求每位教师在承担一门主课的同时,还要争取能讲1～2门其它相关的课。我们现有专兼职教师16人,其中讲师7人,初步形成了一支年
