从促进企业项目管理水平和营销管理业绩提升的目的出发,提出企业开展市场营销时一定要实施合理、科学的项目管理的看法。站在企业基于市场营销角度,分析我国企业具体的管理实施现状以及存在问题,探讨企业进行市场营销时开展项目管理的必要性,最后对企业进行市场营销时实施项目管理创新提出了建议性策略。
From the perspective of promoting the level of enterprise project management and marketing management, it is proposed that enterprises should implement reasonable and scientific project management when they carry out marketing. Based on the perspective of marketing, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the specific management of Chinese enterprises, discusses the necessity of project management when enterprises carry out marketing, and finally puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of project management innovation when enterprises carry out marketing.
