现阶段,财务集中管理已成为企业集团开展财务管理实践的重要管理方式之一,其改善了原来较为松散化的财务管理方式带来的弊端,在使企业集团的财务管理人员及财务总监的职能得以凸显的同时,能够整合企业集团内部的财务资源,增强财务管理的实效性和科学性。本文从企业集团财务集中管理概述入手,分析现阶段企业集团在开展财务集中管理时暴露的问题,总结梳理相应的对策。
