世间女子都希望自己有副苗条健美的身材,然而许多人却被“汤、糖、躺、烫”破坏了自己美好的愿望。“汤”是中国人最喜爱的餐桌饮料,含有丰富的脂肪、氨基酸及淀粉类物质,进入胃后,半小时即可排于小肠。由于汤汁均匀,在小肠中充分分散,吸收面积大,因而很容易被消化吸收。而且在此过程中,食物动力作用较固体食物为少,因而多喝汤很容易致胖。“糖”是机体内主要供能物质,但食糖过多,超过机体的所需,便会转化成脂肪在体内贮存起来,会使身体发胖。
