截面不均勻的工件,淬火的时候很容易变形。作者曾采用控制工件入水方向和入水后运动方向的方法,来防止如图1和图3那样的工件发生淬火变形。这种方法虽然較难掌握,效果颇好。現在把它介紹出来,供大家参考。如图1,工件是圓柱形的,一边带槽。淬火的时候,一般是把它垂直淬入盐水,入水后作垂直运动的。这样,往往由于棱角散热較快,工件有槽的一边会先冷却而凸出来。作者把工件改成如图2那样斜着入水(有槽的一面朝上),入水后一面上下运动,一面向前
