作者观察了甲氰咪胍(Cimetidine;CMD)和呋喃硝胺(Ranitidine;RND)对正常小鼠和荷Lewis肺癌C57BL/6小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:CMD10、70mg/kg ip或SC给药,能明显促进腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(p<0.05)和脾细胞特异性玫瑰花形成(p<0.01);增强羊红细胞所致的迟发型超敏反应(p<0.05);提高溶血空斑形成细胞的溶血能力(p<0.05);
The authors observed the effects of Cimetidine (CMD) and Ranitidine (RND) on immune function in normal mice and Lewis lung cancer-bearing C57BL/6 mice. The results showed that: CMD10, 70mg/kg ip or SC administration can significantly promote the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages (p<0.05) and spleen cell-specific rose formation (p<0.01); enhanced sheep red blood cells caused by delayed Hypersensitivity (p<0.05); increased haemolytic capacity of hemolytic plaque forming cells (p<0.05);
