气- 汽发生器装置是一种新型热采设备,该装置产生的气- 汽混合物主要成分为 N2 、 C O2 及水蒸汽。设备具有的能力:产生压力16 M Pa ,温度250 ℃~300 ℃。利用该设备在曙光油田杜66 块中质稠油油藏进行了气- 汽段塞驱工艺试验,试验期为65 天,设备运行1 106 小时,注入压力7 M Pa ~8 M Pa ,注入温度200 ℃~250 ℃,井口压力6 M Pa ,累计注入量72 ×104 m 3 ,试验取得了明显的开采效果。井组日产液由试验前的142t 上升到485t ,日产油由17t 上升到292t,含水由84 % 下降到39 % 。此项工艺技术的试验成功不仅为中质稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐热采后期的开采方式转换提供了有效途径,同时为中质稠油油藏提高最终采收率提供了新的方法。
Gas-steam generator plant is a new type of thermal recovery equipment. The gas-steam mixture produced by this plant is mainly composed of N2, CO2 and water vapor. Equipment has the ability: pressure 16 M Pa, temperature 250 ℃ ~ 300 ℃. The device was used to carry out gas-steam segment plug drive technology test in Du 66 block heavy oil reservoir in Shuguang Oilfield. The test period was 65 days. The equipment was operated for 1 106 hours and the injection pressure was 7 M Pa to 8 M Pa. The injection temperature 200 ℃ ~ 250 ℃, wellhead pressure 6 M Pa and accumulative total injection amount of 72 × 104 m 3, and the obvious mining result has been obtained. The daily production of well group increased from 142t to 485t before the test, and the daily output increased from 1.7t to 292t, while the water content decreased from 84% to 39%. The successful test of this technology not only provides an effective way for converting the mode of recovery during the post-thermal recovery period of steam stimulation in medium-heavy oil reservoirs, but also provides a new method for improving the ultimate recovery of medium-heavy oil reservoirs.
