In 2015, with the general slowdown of the national economic growth, Gansu Province still contributed a relatively high growth rate, with an increase of 8.1% in GDP. In early 2016, Gansu has set an expected target of an average annual growth rate of 7.5% during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. May I ask what the setting of this goal is based on?
