硝酸甘由冠状动脉内注射,适用于行血管成形术时出现的冠状动脉痉挛的病人。该类患者可发生短暂性剧烈胸痛伴有心电图改变。本制剂含有高浓度钾离子,不宜常规给药。
Nitroglycerin by the intracoronary injection, suitable for angioplasty in patients with coronary artery spasm. Such patients may have transient severe chest pain with ECG changes. The preparation contains high concentration of potassium ions, should not be routinely administered.
