本文在论述了俄罗斯权威主义政治的确立及其特点的基础上 ,辩证地分析了权威主义政治对俄经济转轨的双重作用 ,认为俄权威主义政治实践并不成功。指出经济转轨过程中政治冷漠、专制主义文化传统、特别是经济转轨的强烈需要决定了其产生的必然性 ,权威主义政治是俄罗斯政治发展过程中的一个过渡阶段 ,俄的政治民主化不可逆转。随着叶利钦时代的结束和经济的复苏 ,俄罗斯的资产阶级民主制度将进一步趋于健全。
Based on the establishment and characteristics of Russian authoritarian politics, this paper dialectically analyzes the dual role of authoritarian politics in Russia’s economic transition. It argues that the political practice of Russian authoritarianism is not successful. It points out the inevitability of political indifference and the despotism cultural traditions, especially the economic needs of economic transition in the process of economic transition. The authoritarian politics is a transitional stage in the political development of Russia. The political democratization of Russia is irreversible. With the end of Yeltsin’s era and the economic recovery, the bourgeois democracy in Russia will further become sound.
