《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中明确提出:“树立以提高教育教学质量为核心的教育发展观,注重教育的内涵发展,鼓励学校办好特色。”这句话帮助我们对“办学特色”进行了准确定位:办学特色应当以正确的理论体系为支撑;办学特色具备为提高教育教学质量服务的能力;注重特色表达形式背后所蕴含的思想内涵;形成办学特色是一个历史过程,必须在发展中实现;办学特色要有标识性,有很强的识别度。这一切又都要基于全体师生思想的统一与传承,这种统一与传承就是不断创新、不断积淀的过程,只有学校领导与全体师生在思想认识上达成共识,并且这种共识不会因为队伍的变动轻易动摇,一所学校才有可能形成办学特色。
